Condensor Coil

CONDENSOR COIL

Welltech has a state-of-the-art in-house facility for manufacturing headers, distributor assemblies, and tube bends with various diameters of copper and aluminum tubes. They also offer system tubes and tubular components to customers. Welltech uses CNC tube benders, T drill tooling, and chip-less cutting machines to manufacture their parts, which are then leak tested and cleaned to ensure high quality.

Condenser coils are used in a variety of HVAC air conditioning (condensing) and heat recovery applications. They are designed to withstand the high pressure and temperature of refrigeration systems. To ensure durability under thermal expansion and vibration, condenser coils are made with stronger brazed joints. Condenser coils must be able to withstand significant internal pressure, which is why smaller tube diameters are used. Smaller tube diameters are more reliable at handling high pressure, and they also help to ensure that the refrigerant velocity is high enough to keep oil moving through the coil.
